As an organization we aim to create players who are well rounded in all aspects of the game. We will do this by understanding the environment they are in, having knowledge of the game model the player plays within at their current club and combining that with the assessment of the players potential.

 

Creating a highly positive and challenging training environment where all players are placed in training situations to maximize their technical proficiency, optimize the players physical development relevant to the position they play whilst also challenging the players mentality, tactical understanding and decision making.

 

Ensuring above all else the player is put first  and that an everlasting love of the game is instilled in all that come to experience The Football Lab.
