Coach Lee has over a decade of experience in coaching at the highest level of youth soccer in the United States seeing an array of players under his guidance and leadership go into various stages of the game from professional level, to professional youth academy level, MLS Next academy level, youth national team level and college level.

 

During this time he has overseen some of the best youth clubs around fulfilling the roles of Director of Coaching & Academy Director at TSF Academy and Director of Youth Development at Cedar Stars Academy Bergen. He has been a key component in helping structure these clubs on and off the field to make bold, transformative change for the better during his tenures at these two powerhouses of New Jersey youth soccer.

 

He currently holds his USSF A Youth License and UEFA B License which also coincide with his 20 years of coaching experience. 

 

Lee started The Football Lab because he is passionate about maximizing individual player development, assisting in players fulfilling their potential and curating an everlasting love of the game that inspires generation after generation with the same love and passion he has for the beautiful game.

 

Being a positive influence to elite young players who have the ambition, dedication and desire to do whatever it takes to fulfill their ambition is everything to Coach Lee.

 

His strong personality and ability to connect with players make for a unique experience for all players that come under his wing when you add that to his belief that the strength of the team is the individual and the strength of the individual is the team anything becomes possible at The Football Lab.
